Eastern Highway is a Traffic Engineering, Traffic Safety Products and Services Company. They are providing a complete solution to traffic safety needs. They deal with planning, designing, and manufacturing state-of-the-art Road/Traffic Signs and Products of all types, designs & sizes.
Problems
Eastern Highway was facing a lot of problems as it grew its business. Being the pioneer of the Traffic Engineering business in Pakistan they lacked IT solutions for their problems. Some of the problems were
- Keeping the record of the inventory (Raw materials, finished products, Used Materials, Damaged Products, etc.)
- Keep records about the repairing of these machines, their maintenance, and replacement.
- Calculation of daily workload, profit, production cost, and selling cost on daily basis. Generating Progress Reports monthly and yearly.
- Keeping track of financial records
